Melamine Edge-Banding Tapes for Painting

​

Melamine edge-banding tapes for painting are single-layer and multi-layer edge-banding tapes intended for edge banding of MDF or particle boards and subsequent painting.

 

The tapes are available in thicknesses of 0.30 mm, 0.45 mm, 0.65 mm and 1 mm,

in widths available upon request.

 

The colour of melamine edge-banding tapes is white and light brown, upon request also in black.

 

Melamine edge-banding tapes for painting are primarily suitable for lacquering of furniture units in

cases where the units are dried in drying units at higher temperatures.

ABS Edge-Banding Tapes for Painting

 

In stock, we have specially made ABS edge-banding tapes intended for subsequent painting.

 

ABS tapes for painting are white, with a pre-applied layer for quality adherence of the lacquer.

 

They are suitable for lacquering with PUR as well as with water-based lacquers.

 

In stock, we have ABS edge-banding tapes in thicknesses of 0.7 mm, 1.5 mm, and 2 mm, available in all standard widths and in widths available upon request.

 

Upon request, we also have available ABS edge-banding tapes in other solid colours.

PP WOOD for Painting

 

PP Wood edge-banding tape is made especially for edge banding of MDF and particle boards and subsequent painting.

 

The advantages of PP Wood edge-banding tape are its composition and special treatment, which ensure very good adhesion onto the edge of the plate and quality application of the coating.

 

Due to a high share of wood fibres (40 %), during climatic fluctuations PP Wood contracts and swells just like the supporting MDF or particle board.

 

In stock, we have PP Wood tapes with a thickness of 2 mm that are available to order in all widths.
